Akshay comes from a financially poor family
background. His
father, Shri Hansraj, is a class IV employee in the Forest Office, Udhampur. Akshay is
intelligent and good in studies. However, due to his poor financial condition, he was unable
to pursue his studies and bring out his talent.
HKFFL Udhampur spotted this boy and with the help of Dr. Anoop Garg, Chairman of BRS Dental College, Panchkula, helped him to get admission in his college to do BDS course, free of charge.
“It seems like a dream to me” said Akshay during a press conference held at Udhampur on 1st October.

Hari Bol … I am really proud of HKFFL activities at Udhampur. Nice to know that poor children are really getting benifited from HKFFL under able leadership of our dear most Gurudeva and Kunti Mataji.
May Sri Sri Gour Radha Krishna bless all of us to do more and more such sevas.
Hare Krishna.
